Die Größe der Zimmer ist ausreichend. Modern und stilvoll eingerichtet.
Recht gute Auswahl. Manchmal etwas zu würzig.
Es gibt eindeutig zu wenig Personal! An den Bars muss man daher teilweise recht lange warten. Im Restaurant dauert es meist lange, bis die Teller abgeräumt wurden. Was aus meiner Sicht für ein 5* Hotel gar nicht geht, ist die Art und Weise des Abräumen der Teller. Es werden Rollwägen mit den Essensresten durch das Restaurant geschoben. Das geht zwar schnell die Teller abzuräumen aber so etwas habe ich noch nicht gesehen.
Um das Hotel herum gibt es in näherer Umgebung nur ein paar Supermärkte, sonst nichts. Somit sehr ruhig gelegen.

Sehr zurückhaltende Animation. Das Salzwasser in den Pools ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Daher Schade, dass es kaum Duschen am Pool gibt.

It is truly unsettling for us to hear that you did not receive the services you desired as our main hotel's priority is customer service and attentiveness, a feature well noted in most of our hotel's reviews. We would like to kindly inform all our dear guests that our hotel follows an eco friendly policy followed by low carbon footprint and that is why our pools are with filtered salty sea water that follows all health and safety protocols. Furthermore we are situated in a calm area suitable for relaxing holidays walking distance from Analipsi village and 10 min drive from the lively Hersonissos.
