Das Hotel ist keine 5 Sterne wert im hochstfall 3
Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt, die Bettwäsche würde nicht gewechselt, Inventar war alt und abgenutzt
das Essen war immer nur lauwarm und gleich geschmeckt, die Getränke gab es nur aus Pappbechern
Personal war immer unfreundlich und sprach kaum deutsch, und war unmotiviert
nicht weit von der Promenade entfernt

Dear Ute & Peter, we are sorry we were not in your expectations. I would only say that the rooms are daily cleaned, except you did not put Do Not Disturb sign. The hotel have one of the best location in Golden Sands - near the center but in the quiet protection of the trees and garden we have. Drinks available in glass within the restaurants and lobby bar but of course in paper cups around the pool. Safety first. About the entertainers - according many reviews in the other social and media sources, they are doing excellent job. We really wish your next holiday is at the place you have chosen. Kind regards, A.
