Schöne, sehr abgelegene Anlage. Sehr weitläufig mit vielen Pools. Leider war Service einfach schlecht. Paar positive Begegnungen (Rezeption) können den Gesamteindruck nicht verbessern. Radisson- Kette, die selche Standarts zulässt kommt für uns damit nicht mehr in Frage.
Leider gab es immer das gleiche. Auswahl an Obst Apfel/Orangen/ Apfel . Es hat gut geschmeckt, nur war es immer dasselbe. In Restaurants ala cart war Essen leider auch nicht viel besser
Empfangsmitarbeiter waren Fünf Sterne. Reinigung auch ok. Leider war Servicepersonal an den Bars und im Restaurant nicht im Ok. Zu lange mussten wir auf Gedeck und Getränke warten ( leider konnte man das nicht immer selber holen) .

Wir hatten uns für das Hotel wegen den Rutschen und dem weisen Sandstrand entschieden. Realität: rutschen waren alt, der Platz lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein und ist weg von Bärs. Sandstrand war ein Kiesstrand der noch nicht fetiggebaut schien. ABER es gab wirklich viele Liegeflächen mit tollen Auflagen

Dear Viktoria, When choosing the least expensive accommodation (promo rooms for your vacation) and special offers with only the main restaurant available to you, it makes sense to not be 100% happy in a 5-star setting. Our recommendation is to increase your budget the next time, for enjoying your vacation as everyone else does and stop criticizing other people or the hotel for the better. Some German guests came to the reception and showed their dissapointment about your unfair review, as they were enjoying a comfortable and luxurious stay. They were wondering how it is possible to stay in such a place and not change a hotel if all you say is true. A hotel can give you a dream holiday if you make the most of it and enjoy all its amenities and facilities. But of course you need a budget for this. Radisson Blu Beach Resort
