Das Hotel hat keine 5 Sterne verdient und ist eines Radisson Blue nicht würdig. Wenn man das Hotel in Köln kennt, wird man feststellen, das Welten dazwischen liegen
Das Zimmer (pur white) war vielleicht ursprünglich mal schön, jedoch ließ die Sauberkeit sehr zu Wünschen übrig. Alles etwas gammelig. Ansonsten ruhig gelegen, Betten waren gut.
Das Essen in Buffetform war zwar vielfältig, jedoch immer das Gleiche und kalt. Allerdings war das Personal sehr bemüht, allen gerecht zu werden. Getränke sehr teuer wenn man kein all inclusive gebucht hat.
Nachdem wir 1 x anstelle eines sauberen, ein schmutziges Handtuch hatten, welches wir reklamiert haben, hatten wir am nächsten Tag gar keine Handtücher, auch das wurde reklamiert. Es erfolgte am gleichen Tag jedoch keine Ausbesserung. An einem Tag war dann das Zimmer gar nicht gemacht, der Badvorleger war am ersten Tag vorhanden und kurz vor Ende.
Außerhalb des Hotels ist rein gar nichts, nur Felsen und karge Landschaft, es ist zu empfehlen, all inclusive zu buchen. Die Fahrt vom Flughafen zum Hotel hat 2 Std. gedauert, da es das letzte Hotel ist, welches angefahren wird.

Dear Monica, We have explained to you several times that visitors today are looking for resorts hidden and secluded. In other words, they are looking for resorts full of tranquility, clean, away from ungly buildings and next to the grand blue of the Aegean Sea. The village of Milatos can be reached on foot from our hotel. Also nearby is Sisi Village. It is so easy to have a look at google maps and see that we are only 35 minutes away from the airport, which is the perfect distance, as there is no inconvenience and air pollution from airplanes taking off or landing. You chose to take the public bus, which includes many stops before arriving at our resort. Of course such a transfer would take hours, but it was your choice and it had nothing to do with our resort. There is also no question of cleanliness. We are a very clean and well-kept resort, however some of our guests have an increased cleanliness senstitivity. That's why we have 20 ambassadors who welcome and communicate with the guests through WhatsApp if they need something. Last but not least, our resort offers only elegant entertainment.
