Dear Nuc, Thank you for your feedback, however we think you exaggerate in several parts of your review. When choosing Tour Operators' travel path, it is clear that you will take an hour to come to our resort. By car or taxi, you would need only 32 minutes. When traveling by bus, it is logical to take more time, as there are many intermediate stops. The promo room you have chosen includes a standard value. We clearly understand that the villas and suites that we showed you were over your budget, but you have to realize that the quality changes accordingly as you move to higher and more expensive room types. Unfortunately, you cannot pay for a promo room and receive a suite. We are not allowed to do this and that was described to you very well. However, we really loved that you liked (as well as so many other guests) our suites featuring an outdoor Jacuzzi, a private pool with a spacious terrace and palm trees, oversized sunbeds next to pools' water level, etc. We would also like to inform you that there are public buses through which you can visit Heraklion, Agios Nikolaos, Malia and other areas of Crete. However, in any hotel you would need transportation if you wanted to visit the island. Our hotel is not a city hotel and you can not combine a city hotel next to a white sandy beach. Car rental on an island like Crete, especially if you want to explore the beauties of the place, is necessary and should not be considered as an expense. This is what most of our guests say and they rent a vehicle in order to enhance their vacation even more. We have also been impressed that you did not like any particular restaurant in a hotel offering 6 different restaurants, one of which serves a menu designed by the famous 2-starred Michelin chef, Yves Mattagne! n a resort of 220,000 square meters with so many choices of bars, restaurants, food, suites, villas, wines and services, we find it very difficult to stay unsatisfied. We offer a unique food and beverage basis, which really contains the largest variety in Crete. Our All Day Dining Restaurant "Mosaic" is a unique and modern restaurant with a huge variety of delicious dishes that a visitor can enjoy, offering international, Mediterranean, Italian, Chinese, Asian, Japanese, Indian, Thai and Greek flavors, as well a vast choice of salads, fruits, sweets, show cooking stations, grill stations and many more!! However, the choices in our resort are not just those! A guest can also visit our theme restaurants and enjoy Italian, South American, Greek and Mediterranean creations, freshly roasted meat at our seaside barbecue or a great menu at the unique Bellevue restaurant created by the 2-star Michelin chef Yves Mattagne! Upon request, we organize for our guests private dinners on the beach or romantic dinners on their rooms' private terrace, including fresh fish, lobster and seafood directly from our fisherman's boat! We are here for helping our guests to spend a wonderful holiday and we are really proud for our countless food and drinks options.
