However, happiness comes from every single guest who uses the services and knows how to take advantage of the facilities of a 5 star hotel. Anyway, we are happy having 800 happy guests everyday and we know that some unfair criticism may also appear sometimes. It makes a special impression that you have written a review without talking to our staff and transferring all your concerns. Many of the points you raised could have easily been resolved. Finally, we would like to inform you that our resort's guests have the opportunity to communicate with the guest services department and all brand ambassadors of our hotel through WhatsApp as well as through the internal research we make on the third day of customer stay through the hotel's WiFi system, where you can transfer any concerns you have during your stay.
