Our All Day Dining Restaurant "Mosaic" is a unique and modern restaurant with a huge variety of delicious dishes that a visitor can enjoy, offering international, Mediterranean, Italian, Chinese, Asian, Japanese, Indian, Thai and Greek flavors, as well a vast choice of salads, fruits, sweets, show cooking stations, grill stations and many more!! However, the choices in our resort are not just those! We would be happy to visit us again and in the next season to help you making reservations for our thematic restaurants and enjoy Italian, South American, Greek and Mediterranean creations, freshly roasted meat at our seaside barbeque or a great menu at the unique Bellevue restaurant created by the 2-star Michelin chef Yves Mattagne! We could also organize for you and your loved ones a private dinner on the beach or a romantic dinner at your room's private terrace, including fresh fish, lobster and seafood directly from our fisherman's boat! Other high-gastronomy creations or a menu containing your wishes among with a high-quality champagne could also be a unique combination for your special moments. We are also very proud for providing a unique 220,000-square-meter environment with rich gardens, tall palm trees and beautiful flowers, a unique white sandy beach, luxurious and top designed suites and villas, a host of bars that offer refreshing creations daily, a large number of pools and relaxation areas, as well as a rich program of activities for the whole family. There is always one reason why someone may not be happy with all this huge variety we offer. It may be because of religion, either because of particular nutritional needs, etc. However, you could ask for help to meet your particular nutritional needs. It is extremely unfair to say that our food is equivalent to two-star food because you never asked for help. It was very easy to discover the varied choices you have, as we satisfy more than 800 visitors every day, but you were absent from it. Once again, thank you for your feedback.
