Hotel war ok, aber für 3- max.4 Sterne, wir haben laut Reiseunterlagen von HLX 5-Sterne-Hotel gebucht, die Entäuschung war also sehr groß. Zimmer ok, manche sogar mit seitlichem Meerblick, Badezimmer ohne Vergrößerungsspiegel und ohne Handtuchhalter und ohne Taschentücher, Safe im Zimmer nur gegen Gebühr!! Essen durchschnittlich, a laCarte-Restaurants eher schlecht, Hotel viel zu laut!!!

Thank you for your review, I was very sorry to see that your stay at our hotel did not meet your expectations. We have a continuous programme of improvements and I will look into incorporating the points you made regarding your room into our future plans. I am also disappointed that you did not enjoy the standard of food across our Al la Carte restaurants which is surprising, as we do normally receive very positive comments about them. Finally, I am unclear about how you feel our hotel was 'loud'. We are a large, family orientated hotel with up to 1000 guests at any one time, with a large amount of entertainment taking place throughout the day and into the evening. I very much hope that you will feel able to return to us in the future by which time hopefully you will see further changes. Thank you once again for your feedback.
