Aus DeutschlandKein Familienhotel, viel zu kleine Zimmer, viel zu hellhörig und kaum Programm für die Kinder. Poolbar DJ so laut, dass man mit seinen Kindern nicht dort sitzen konnte tagsüber. Und das war dort nachmittags die einzige Gelegenheit, mit den Kindern zu essen. Wir bekam ein nach Klo stinkenderes Zimmer. Trotz etlicher Beschwerden änderte sich nichts. Das Personal bemüht sich ein Hotel in Schuss zu halten, welches in der Substanz alt ist und ist definitiv keine 5 Sterne wert ist. Marketing ist dort viel wert- ständig läuft Personal rum und macht eine Story für Instagram. Das mag ein Hotel für Paare sein und Kinder frühestens ab 13.

We are sorry to hear that you found our hotel not ideal for families, despite we offer a variety of facilities for both adults and children. Our Kids Club, designed for children aged 4–11, is open daily from 10:00 to 17:30 and features a weekly themed schedule to keep our young guests engaged. In addition, we regularly organize events such as pizza-making sessions, a Superheroes Show, our Bubble Park, and visits from Mickey and Minnie during the daytime. While these activities are advertised on our show board, our team is always available to provide more information and ensure your family can enjoy what we offer. We truly value your feedback and will pass your comments along to the relevant departments for further future improvements. Regarding the room, we would like to mention that our hotel was renovated in 2011. Every year, repairing and constructions are done to keep the hotel in the best condition and if something comes to our attention, we are here to assist our guests anytime they wish. Moreover, we strive to provide full transparency about our hotel facilities, mentioning the exact size of each room type, from Twin to Family Rooms.
