Die gesamte Anlage liegt an einem Hang mit einer sehr schönen Aussicht aufs Meer. Das bedeutet aber auch, dass man für jeden Weg zwischen Pool, Strand, Restaurant und Zimmer etwas sportlicher sein sollte.

beim Betreten des Zimmers sind wir etwas erschrocken, weil da eine uralte küchrnzeile mit "theke" stand, deren Kühlschrank auch nicht mehr funktionierte, daher stand mittendrin noch ein Kühlschrank, der war die minibar. Also ziemlich hässlich und gar nicht mitsis-like. Aber insgesamt war das Zimmer ok und sehr gross, es gab ausreichend Schränke und Ablagen. Bad ebenfalls in die Jahre gekommen, zT gesprungene Fliesen. grosser Balkon.

Sehr zuvorkommendes, unglaublich freundliches Personal. trotz der Hitze. Wir haben den Eindruck, dass das Personal hier sehr viel und hart arbeitet. Bis spät nachts und am nächsten Morgen auch gleich wieder da.

Please be informed that according to the Greek Law and our Group's policies, all of our employees are working for 8 hours, they all have their proper days off, and from the first shift, they have at least 11 hours resting till the next one. I appreciate your honest comments regarding the kitchenette and bathroom. We are aware that certain areas of the hotel show their age, and we are making plans for upgrades so that all facilities match the high standards you associate with Mitsis. Regarding the tourist tax, this is a government regulation based on classification criteria, where our hotel is classifies as 5* hotel according to the facilities, but I understand how this could cause confusion, and I will ensure our team communicates it more clearly in the future.
