We were pleased to read that you mention our staff as a highlight, comments like yours motivate us even more towards the personalized service, we will certainly pass your compliments to our colleagues. From the other side we sincerely regret that we didn’t manage to exceed your expectations in other aspects of your holiday. We are sorry that you found the food in our restaurants to be samey though it was surprising for us to read it as the vast majority of our guests are extremely satisfied with the dining options which is reflected on numerous reviews on the site. Our aim is for all of our guests to enjoy a wonderful and relaxing holiday at Norida, and just like you have mentioned it can be a bit noisy in the main restaurant during the peak times, but one can find the possibility to enjoy the meal without rush and noise visiting the restaurant a bit earlier or later in order to avoid the busy time. Nevertheless, here at Norida Beach we consider our guests constructive comments of utmost importance in order to evaluate the level of our services and facilities and we would like to thank you for giving us your feedback.
