Das Hotel ist sehr schön, gepflegte tolle Anlage, leider zu voll und zu laut, zu groß. Hellhörig, ständig hört man Möbelrücken, Lobby nicht richtig klimatisiert, Sauna-Luft vor allem in den Fluren. Schade, dass nicht überall die gleichen bequemen Liegen standen, nerviges „Besetzen“ ab teilweise schon 6.30 Uhr mit Handtüchern, das die Hotelleitung zum Glück teilweise unterbunden hat indem länger nicht benutzte Liegen abgeräumt wurden. Schöne Pools! Eigentlich ist das Hotel nur gut für Familien mit Kindern.
Schönes geräumiges Zimmer mit großem Balkon und wunderbarer Aussicht auf das Meer, gute Matratze, Mückenschutz/Fliegenschutz an der Balkontür wäre gut gewesen. Es wurde sehr gut gereinigt.
Essen war ganz gut, aber wenig abwechslungsreich, wenig Fisch, meistens nur immer irgendwie überbacken und somit fettig, Fleisch teilweise wabbelig, aber genug Gemüse, vor allem köstlich das gegrillte Gemüse, Salattheke sehr gut, tolle Deserts. Es gab immer genügend Obst, ob morgens, mittags oder abends. Nervig war für uns das Warten und Anstehen um einen Tisch. Getränke schmeckten teilweise nicht, muffig und chemisch- schmeckend bei Wasser und anderen Softgetränken. Fanta-Lemon war ok.
Sehr nette Servicekräfte, zwei bis drei Ausnahmen gab es, mürrischer Barkeeper und arrogante Rezeptionistinnen.
Ein Leihwagen ist unbedingt zu nehmen, sonst sieht man weder etwas von der Umgebung, von der gesamten Insel ganz zu schweigen.

Pools super, Strand furchtbar! Ballermann-Atmosphäre, laut, Liege an Liege und zu grelle, billigwirkende Sonnenschirme. Die Schirme an den Pools waren dagegen sehr schön. Der Strand war irgendwie gar nicht zu sehen, alles nur voll, laut, eng und nervig. Animation oder irgendwelche Entertainments haben wir nicht wahrgenommen.

First of all let us express our gratitude for choosing our resort for your holidays and for taking time to share your experience with a review though we were most surprised and disappointed that you do not recommend the hotel. It appears that your overall experience with us was positive and you were satisfied with the comfort of the rooms, the food in the restaurants and the service (with small exceptions, and here we would like to apologize as we always try to make all our guest feel welcomed), but mostly we are grateful for your compliments to our renovated pool area. Let us though disagree with some points mentioned, regarding the location of the resort, indeed it’s located a bit out of the way, which is clearly mentioned on our official web site as well as on our HolidayCheck account page and in all the catalogues of Travel Agencies and suites more for people seeking for relaxing beach holidays. We also would like to emphasize that Norida Beach is first of all a family hotel which offers all the facilities and services for the children of all ages. But at the same time we are happy to welcome also couples without children or the ones who prefer to spend their holidays with friends and we are proud that a lot of our guests no matter if they travel with children or not are tending to visit us again and again. We would also like to mention that our resort includes 455 rooms, that means more than thousand guests and we are sorry if by any chance you were misinformed about the size of the resort. Nevertheless, we hope you will choose a Mitsis hotel for your next holiday in Greece and taking into consideration your preferences we would suggest you to consider boutique hotel Lindos Memories, it’s a small hotel (only 70 rooms) for couples who are looking for privacy, serenity and relaxation. We also regret that our entertainment program didn’t meet your expectations though we try to cater most of the tastes as we welcome guests of all the ages from all over the world. The entertainment we offer in Norida is not intrusive but offers a lot of options, a kid’s club for children, the different sport and fitness options for adults, for both the ones who prefer active holidays and the ones who wants to simply relax.
