Das Hotel liegt inmitten mehrer Hotelanlagen . Es macht auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck. Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön und es ist alles sehr sauber
Die Zimmer sind klein und die Möbel doch schon sehr abgewohnt . Im Bad fehlt ein Kosmetikspiegel . Höchstens drei Sterne Standart
Der Speisesaal gleicht eher einer Bahnhofshalle. Ungemütlich, sehr laut. Das Essen empfanden wir doch sehr eintönig. Eher auch nur drei Sterne Standart .
Der Service war in Ordnung. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht und freundlich.
Das Hotel liegt in einem Resort von mehreren Mitsis Hotels. Wer außerhalb des Hotels nicht viel unternehmen möchte ist hier richtig

Haben wir wenig genutzt. Aber die Animation war sehr freundlich und nicht aufdringlich. Einen Fitnessbereich gibt es im Hotel nicht. Nur im Nachbarhotel gegen Gebühr

However we are sad to hear that your stay at our hotel did not meet your expectation and the atmosphere you were looking for. Your mention about our main restaurant, indeed, it might be a bit noisy during the rush hours but if you like quietness you can visit our main restaurant a bit earlier or later, as well there is an option to visit our a-la-carte restaurants, where one can certainly enjoy the tranquility. As to rooms, we would like to note that all our rooms have been totally renovated in 2012 and were designed according to standards of 5 star hotel room size. Nevertheless, we sincerely regret your personal disappointment and appreciate your feedback and hope to accommodate you again for a chance to provide you with a much better experience.
