Wie bereits Eingangs erwähnt. Außerdem: - MiniClub viel zu spät - 21 Uhr Ortszeit ist als Beginn zu spät - Obstauswahl unzureichend (täglich nur Apfel, Orange und Birne manchmal Banane - sonst nichts) - Täglich gleiches Frühstück - keine Variationen - geschmacklich teilweise nicht gut; teilweise ok Aber nicht vergleichbar mit anderen 5*Mitsis

We would like to clarify that the operating hours of our MiniClub were indeed advertised on our hotel Brochures. We understand that the 9pm start time may not have been ideal, and we apologize if this did not meet your expectations. We value your feedback and will consider the possibility of adjusting the schedule to accommodate the needs of families and offer activities at an earlier time. In regards to the fruit selection, we apologize if you found it insufficient, we understand that you may have had different expectations but locality and seasonality are the only factors that affect our Gastronomic offering . Regarding the breakfast, we apologize if the lack of variations and the taste of some items did not meet your expectations. Taste is subjective, and we understand that individual preferences may differ.
