Dear Gulser, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We appreciate your feedback and would like to address some of the points you raised. We were surprised to read your review, as it contradicts the program and services we have been providing at our hotel since the beginning of the 2023 season. Our daily program includes live music performances in one of our bars and entertaining shows in our amphitheater. Therefore, your comment about little or no music seems unusual to us. Additionally, we take pride in offering a diverse dining experience with seven à la carte restaurants and a 24-hour operation main buffet restaurant. We strive to cater to various culinary preferences, so we find it peculiar that you felt the food was not varied. Regarding the comfort of our family rooms, we would like to clarify that all our rooms are equipped with seating facilities on the balconies. If you had preferred additional armchairs in your room for added comfort, a simple phone call to our staff would have allowed us to promptly assist you. We regret that these concerns were not brought to our attention during your stay, as we are always eager to address any issues raised by our guests to ensure their satisfaction.
