Rezeption war unorganisiert und überfordert; Zimmer war veraltet, Badewanne und Toilette ziemlich eklig; Service beim Essen im Hauptrestaurant war in den ersten beiden Tagen super, ab dem dritten Tag haben wir keine Getränke mehr bekommen, nur auf Nachfrage und wurden dann sogar manchmal vergessen; à la carte Restaurants und Burger waren super, Mexikaner ist nicht zu empfehlen; Pool war total überfüllt, ab 08:00 Uhr morgens hatte man keine Chance mehr auf eine Liege am Pool, Infinity Pool war etwas veraltet, Sonnenschirme teilweise kaputt, ein Pool hatte gar kein Wasser; Strand war ziemlich „verwüstet“; abends hatte man an den Bars keine Chance auf Sitzgelegenheiten, alles überfüllt, Maskenpflicht war dort kleingeschrieben und wir wurden sogar darauf hingewiesen, dass wir keine Maske tragen müssen; beim Volleyball am Strand mussten wir im heißen Sand spielen, da der Wasserschlauch defekt war (eine ganze Woche lang, trotz Nachfrage und Beschwerde bei der Rezeption); abends waren Shows im sehr veralteten Amphitheater, Corona gab es dort anscheinend nicht, im Großen und Ganzen nicht weiterzuempfehlen

Dear Fanny and Felix, Thank you for taking the time to post your review online. We really appreciate and we thank you for your delightful comments about our gastronomy and services. We still push forward as we have set our goals high. We regret to read you did not find what you expected in certain aspects As a Resort hotel we are obliged to follow certain rules and regulation regarding the covid pandemic. Our policy which was available for you through our QR Codes clearly states that the hotels occupancy is reduced in terms of seated costumers. The over crowdedness you describe is just because the tables and chairs or sunbeds available are reduced to the numbers EU demands. In terms of the amphitheater we always inform our guests to be seated leaving always an empty seat between them. We remind you that personal safety is a matter we promote but at the end we cannot force it, it is on the guests will to protect themselves. Regarding the beach volley let us remind it is a beach volley. Even if we water the field every morning we cannot keep up watering it as at the end the result will be a muddy field.
