In diesem Hotel gibt es keine Highlights. Das Hotelzimmer war in Ordnung - nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Das Personal an der Rezeption hat uns auf ganzer Linie enttäuscht. In sachen Kundenservice müssen diese Mitarbeiter noch einiges dazulernen. (Frechheit ohne ende )
Sehr zauber. Jeden Tag wird das Zimmer geputzt, die Handtücher werden ausgetauscht und die Bettwäsche auch. Mobiliar etc. in die Jahre gekommenen...
All inklusive ist eine totale Abzocke!!!! Getränke qualitativ sehr schlecht ausser Wasser. Keine original softgetraenke (cola, fanta, sprite, ert.) . All inklusive Bier ungenießbar. (Zorbas Bier) Qualität des Fleisches sehr schlecht. Fisch ok. Der griechische abend abzocke hoch - bzw. Barbecue Abend. Gleiches essen wie im Speisesaal nur etwas kühler dafür aber Aufpreis bezahlt. Tipp - Musical Vorstellung kann mann auch von der Beachbar wunderbar genießen ohne den Aufpreis zu bezahlen. Es ist kein Barbecue sondern ein Wizz!!!!!!!! - das Fleisch wird cca. um 15:00 Uhr gegrillt und bis cca. 20:00 Uhr warm gehalten!!!!! All inklusive Cocktails no go. Ins gesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhaeltnis nicht!!!
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich mit Ausnahme der Rezeptiondamen.
Die Lage und der Strand sehr schön - top. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe top. Ausflugsziele genügend. Am liebsten fliegt mann nach China, von dort sind es nur 30 min bis zum Hotel.

Animationsteam inklusive Mini Club super!!!! Schade (für die kleine Kinder) dass das Animationsteam vom Mini Club sehr wenig deutsch spricht.

Dear Mrs. Ana, first of all i would like to thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. It saddens us to read that your experience as all inclusive guests at Mythos Palace Resort & Spa had not meet your expectations and for this we sincerely apologize. First of all i would like to inform you that all the staff tries the best for our guests to make them happy and fullfill their wishes but must also follows the rules of the management. It saddens that you did not ejoyed our cuisine, Greek and International and the BBQ night on the beach. We would like to inform you that the 7euros for the BBQ is a supplememt on the dinner for the live music and the show with the dancers.
