Dear Mrs. Rita, first of all i would like to thank you for choosing Mythos Palace Resort & Spa for your holidays and for the time and interest you have taken in providing us important feedback via Holiday Check. Please be informed that we take seriously both positive and negative comments that help us to be improved. We are glad that our staff and the service provided has lived up your expectations. With regards to your comment for the food we would like to inform you that the menu changes every two weeks and we make small changes even thought at the menu. The hotel is about 2 hours far away (by bus ) from Herakleion Airport and about 1 hour from Chania Airport. At the hotel we have soft animation becuse we are not a club-hotel and we try to satisfy the majority of the guests due the fact we have families, couples, singles, guests who are interested for sports and activities and others who want just to enjoy the sea and the sun. Our goal is always to provide the best possible experience to all guests, something that we did not achieve this service goal for you.
