Das Hotel bietet nicht komplett einen 5 Sterne Service, auch wenn es so angeschrieben ist. Die 4 Sterne kommen eher hin. Lage ist super, da der Transfer vom Flughafen gerade einmal 10min beträgt. Dennoch hat man nicht wirklich Fluglärm. Strand ist in Ordnung; Animation lässt einen auch in Ruhe, wenn man möchte; Zimmer sind sauber; Aufenthaltsbereiche könnten erneuert werden (Flechtmöbel lösen sich schon auf); Essen ist eintönig und kann verbessert werden Zum Schnorcheln ist das Riff okay. Man sieht hier viel (an sich täglich Schildkröten und andere Lebewesen). Das Tauch-Center vom Hotel (Aquarius Diving) kann ich nicht empfehlen. Achten nicht so auf die Technik und wollen nur verkaufen (wenn Du jetzt unterschreibst und entscheidest, bekommst Du 10%). Zum Tauchen kann ich Extra Divers im Hafen empfehlen. Machen erst einen Check-Dive und rechnen am Ende das tatsächlich Gemachte ab.
Zimmer sind sauber, die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Bei mir ist die Dichtung der Dusche ständig verrutscht und somit lief das Wasser in den Raum oder schabte über die Fliesen. Musste ich ständig anpassen.
Eintönig und wenig Abwechslung. War mir vorher aber auch bekannt (siehe andere Bewertungen). Man wird satt, ein kulinarisches Highlight ist dennoch nicht dabei gewesen. Pastastation ist super, aber täglich kann man da auch nicht hin.
10min Fahrt vom Flughafen zum Hotel ist top. In 5min ist man zu Fuß auch am Hafen und kann da die Einkaufsgassen durch gehen.

All of the comments you raised in your review have been shared with the management team and I would like to take the time to offer the following feedback. Please note that our team of Chefs are consistently checking and replenishing serving dishes as required for the duration of the meal, furthermore the hotel works with a 7 day rolling menu providing varying International theme dishes and several live cooking stations (pizza, pasta, BBQ grill, salad station) are also available supplementary to the main buffet dishes. The menu includes 5 varieties of fresh fruit available daily and the buffet is always offering a vegetable dish at both lunch and dinner. I am sorry to read that you were not completely satisfied with some points of your stay. These comments have been taken on board by our Manager who will consider all comments for future guests.
