Vorsicht!!! Bettwanzen Das uns zugeteilte Zimmer 710 war mit Bettwanzen befallen. Wir wurden mehrfach gebissen. Wir haben ein anderes Zimmer verlangt, das wurde uns auch zugeteilt aber der Urlaub war für uns gelaufen. Restaurant Bedienung Service überfordert, teilweise unfreundlich. Katzen im Speisesaal muß echt nicht sein.

We are very sorry to read that at the end you did not enjoy your days at Relaxia, despite the fact that our staff did everything possible to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Precisely due to the fact that some insects may be introduced into the hotel involuntarily and to comply with hotel regulations, we have been working for years with a certified Fumigation and Pest Control company that treats our entire hotel weekly, following a strict protocol. We hope you can come back and enjoy all the services and especially the island of Gran Canaria.
