Dear Chris, thank you for sharing your honest opinion with the HolidayCheck community. We really appreciate that you took the time to review us and of course we respect any form of constructive criticism. As far as we can read from your review, you felt uncomfortable during your stay. We can comprehend of course your feeling, but we would also like to inform you that the mask for guests is not mandatory, but optional. In addition, since the day you have left we placed in all areas signs on which we remind our guest that it is recommendable to wear a mask in most visited areas, however it is at someone‘s discretion. We are sorry to hear that several things throughout your stay did not meet your expectations, but it would have been much appreciated and helpful if you had shared it with our Management while in the hotel.
