Lange Wartezeiten am Aufzug, beim Frühstück immer Schlange stehen um Sitzplatz, völlig überfordertes Personal, langes Warten auf Kaffee ( keine Kaffeemaschine), schlechte Frühstücksauswahl, teilweise ungenießbar. Positiv war die Lage des Hotels und die Zimmer.
