Dear Peter, On the offset our apologies for any inconveniences experienced during your stay, certainly not what we aim for and what generally is the feedback received from guests. I was surprised though to read you were not aware of the covered, yet outdoor bathrooms, as this is well described on our website and pictures clearly depict this as well, yet we will see how we can improve on this part of the information provided to potential guests. We do have a contract for pest management with a licensed 3rd party, and will investigate how we can further improve the performance of this, knowing that during rainy days insects tend to be limited controllable. Rest assured we will look at all service related comments positively and constructively, with an aim to improve henceforth.
