Dear Mrs. Kathleen, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience on Holiday-check. I am disappointed to read that you had no found the hotel to your level of expectations and accept our apology that these feelings were not collected from you throughout your stay. Although I understand you had several contacts with our guest relation team, had we have known you felt this way we could have ensured extra efforts were made with your good self. We are pleased to hear that we could exceed your expectations and that you liked our hotel. Furthermore we will pass on your compliments to our staff, which is the best motivation we can offer! Accept my apology on behalf of your travel agency for not telling you that our beach not sandy and most likely for snorkeling and diving with one of the most beautiful coral reef in the Bay to add on we do have 2 relaxing pool with sea water. Meanwhile we can currently only hope that the positive memories of your holiday will dominate. We would be delighted to welcome you again in order to meet all your expectations.
