Dear Kubi, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we wish you had a better overall experience, from feedback like this, we learn and improve. Our stuff is our greatest asset, the fact that you acknowledge the efforts from us all, is very important and we thank you of that. The reason we have the cats sitting under the tables is due to the fact that the children of our guests treat them as pets, feeding them, even going as far as taking them to their rooms. These cats have been bought into the hotel by such guests and have gotten comfortable. We do not believe in harming animals and although we have removed many from hotel more always appear. We regret the fact that, in certain areas, we failed to meet your expectations. It will be a pleasure for us to welcome you again in any of our properties .
