Guests’ opinions are very important to improve quality and efficiency of our services. We are sorry you weren’t totally satisfied with your stay, nevertheless we are able to reply to your concerns. The Sporthotel Kurzras is a nice and typical hotel. It features mountain-style wooden furnishings throughout the whole comfortable areas of the hotel. The rooms are all nice and cozy, and the bathrooms are functional and provided with all the required facilities. Cleanings are scrupulously done every day, both in the rooms and in the communal areas. We are always glad to provide an extra cleaning when it is requested. We assure you the restaurant service is wisely managed by the Food & Beverage office, that daily chooses the best raw materials in order to provide our guests with various and tasteful menus. The afternoon snack is nice and simple, and usually much appreciated by our guests. House wine is provided at meals – just as stated during the booking process. The breakfast itself is one of our most appreciated services, due to its wide range of choice and the excellent quality of the ingredients. The indoor swimming pool was recently renovated and is able to give a relaxing time to all of our guests. We’re glad, anyway, you appreciated the stunning location of Sporthotel Kurzras and the kindness of our staff.
