This is the second cold night i am spending in my room in this hotel. The heating doesn't work and there is no extra heater available for me in the all hotel. The first night i could't sleep because of the cold temperature and asked for an extra heater, and i received some blankets with the promise of the fixing up of the air conditioning and an extra heater. Unfortunatelly this evening, went i came back to my room, nobody informed me about the inconvenience of the heating and the extra heater is still not available for me tonight. This is not the kind of service i expect from this kind of hotel.

As already communicated to you via direct email we are very sorry to hear about your experience during your recent stay with us. It is not acceptable that it wasn’t possible for you to regulate the temperature in your room. Our rooms will be heated via air conditioning and we have already spoken to our Front Office Manager to implement further trainings for our front office staff in assisting our guests in such situations. Unfortunately we had some additional and unexpected issues with the heating system in which you experienced the second cold night. This is definitely not our standard and again we deeply apologise for the inconvenience. As already mentioned we would appreciate if you would accept our offer for your next stay.
