    Dear Sabrina and Jan, First of all, we would like to thank you for choosing SUNRISE Montemare Resort -Grand Select- for your holidays. It was a pleasure for us to host you and on behalf of all team we would like to thank you for such valuable feedback. We are taking to consideration each single recommendation in order to make corrective action and prevent in the future, details regarding negative subject mentioned in reviews, assisting us to understand in details what we need improve and to make immediately action. According to your evaluation we could see that mainly you were satisfied with your stay in the Resort, but some issue we need to improve. We are sorry for not meeting all your vacation expectations. Please note that Housekeeping Manager was informed about your feedback, needed training and actions will be take to improve our services. Please be informed that Resort is operating all the year but we have preventive maintenance plan, according to which we are looking for well maintenance all the time. There is also ongoing room renovation by building which will not destroy guest leisure. We do apologize for any inconvenience cost due to the unstable weather, however we trust you understanding such force majeure is out of our hand. We would like to highlight also for Future Coming Guest do not hesitate to inform Head Management about any single request or recommendation while you will be in the Resort. Main Target of our Team to make guest happy while they are in the Resort. Head Management daily passing by guest by restaurant or pools just to check quality of holidays.
