Moreover, I am delighted that you enjoyed the various facilities which were provided in your hotel room. Regarding the window in your room, I would like to apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced but as your comment about our great location suggests, we are in the center of the very lively city of Amsterdam. For this reason we are continuously looking for ways to soundproof our buildings so as to keep the exterior noise to a minimum.
