Eher kleineres Buffet mit relativ wenig Abwechslung beim Frühstück, dafür beim Abendessen jeden Abend wechselnde Speisen. Beim Frühstück z.B. keine Milchalternativen. Relativ laut im Restaurant, Fotografieren und Videoaufnahmen verboten, aber das laute Abspielen von Videos oder Anrufe erlaubt. Eher geschäftige als entspannte Atmosphare. Das Abendbuffet hingegen wirklich gut gemacht. Geschmacklich immer abwechslungsreich und man hat seine Ruhe, da nur wenige Gäste HP buchen oder abends essen gehen. Ein besonderes Lob geht an Mohammad, Mira und Sobhi, die einen absolut tollen Service geboten haben! Sobhi war der einzige im gesamten Hotel, der uns als Caste wiedererkannt hat. Das hat nicht mal die Rezeption beim Check-in geschafft! Ein großes Lob, welches das Management den drei Personen bitte auszurichten hat.

Vom Restaurant her (Abendbuffet) sehr gut, Frühstück sehr neutral, unauffällig im Hintergrund. Der Rest des Personals hat immer nett gegrüßt. Einzig der Duty Manager kam weder ein Blick noch ein nettes Wort. Auch die Rezeption ließ an Freundlichkeit zu wünschen übrig, was sehr schade ist, wenn man bereits im Hotel war und es keinem auffällt.
