Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel, although a more in-depth and detailed review would be highly appreciated. Our location is very clearly described and that is why we are baffled every time someone gets surprised, that the hotel is not located amidst many other hotels, shops and bars, but is located in an unpopulated area next to a natural reserve. The capacity of he hotel is also not a secret and one might not expect a boutique atmosphere with 1000 + fellow guests. Of course the main restaurant gets busy during certain hours in August, which is the Highest Season. As we do not enforce seating system or Traffic light recommendation signage to direct the guest flow, we have allowed more liberal system allowing all guests having their meals at their own time and discretion. The quality and he variety of the food is in accordance with the popular taste and our culinary team is catering to the international taste. With this said, we acknowledge that there is room for improvement in that respect and we have administered urgent measures to provide outstanding 5-star culinary achievements.
