As Hotel Management, we attach great importance to cleanliness. During your stay, if you complained to the Guest Relations Department, we could Controle. Guests sometimes hang Do Not Disturb Card on the door and the room is not cleaned. Nobody enters the room when this card hangs on the door. Unfortunately, guests sometimes do not know that. Because we are in service sector, this issue is very important for us. Waiters or bartenders serve the guests, take drinks orders, bring drinks, collect empty glass, plate etc.and clean the tables. It's a routine. Generally, guests do not complain about this, because we have a very hard-working staff. There may be momentary situations.
