Dear Corinna, Thank you for your question. We would like to inform you that upon arrival all our guests receive pool & beach towels in the rooms, which are placed in the closets. Further, our Towel Exchange Kiosk is operating daily from 10:00 pm until 18:00 pm, where the towels can be borrowed and exchanged free of charge. We herewith would like to inform you that during May & October the Jacuzzi, children’s pool and normal pool at the Residence Area (activities pool) are heated to 26 degrees. As every other outdoor pool is not heated, the water temperature is depending on the weather conditions; The water temperature in Kos today is around 25°C and therefore it is suitable for comfortable swimming.
