Dear Kristina, The a la carte restaurants are subject to additional fee in extent of only 20 BGN per person, but if you are staying for more than 7 nights, one visit at the Bulgarian or the Mediterranean restaurants is included in the package. Dear Kristina, As you know, the normal check-in time of most of the hotels starts after 14:00 o'clock. The early check-in is solely available depending on the availability at the time of arrival and can't be guaranteed in advance, especially in high season. If the room is available, as early as 08:30 am on the arrival day, we could accommodate you that early and that would cost you additional fee of only 80 BGN = 40.90 EUR (1 BGN = 0.511292 EUR). Dear Anja O, we have total of 9 pools and 1 indoor and 2 outdoor pools are heated up to 27-28 degrees. The weather in August is really hot. Hello, the Indoor pool will not open in August and in September, but may be open if the weather turns bad continuously for more than just a few days.

Dear Nora, all facilities are available in September without limitations, including the Slides and the Gym (open from 8:00 to 20:00, no day off).

Dear Tatjana, we have everything, except the bottle warmer and the baby monitor. The cots are free of charge, however the baby stroller costs 10 BGN per day. Baby food in various kinds in jars is available in the main restaurant.

Dear Sandy, the weather in August is very hot and the main swimming pool is not heated additionally, so it is cool and there are lots of guests who are swimming in it. 2 of the smaller outdoor pools are heated.

Dear Kerstin, umbrella is not really necessary in August. Usually the sun is shining and the weather is perfect.

Dear Nadine, you may send your requests and our staff will do their best to comply. There are drinks and all kinds of inflatables in the shop. The mini-bar in the room is filled up every day with drinks free of charge.
