Please be kindly informed that all food options in our menus and buffets have clear indications of ingredients and allergens while we also offer various options designed for people with allergies, such as lactose free options, gluten free options etc. Regarding the gluten free bread, we do not provide it on our buffets because of the danger of cross-contamination between foodstuffs, however, our chefs are more than willing to offer it to you, when requested.
