Ein hochpreisiges Luxushotel. Leider ist auch bei All Inclusive das verpackte EIs in den Eistruhen nicht im Preis dabei. Es gibt auch keine Hinweisschilder dafür.
Da zu viel Essen vorgehalten wurde, war es oft nicht mehr richtig warm, was schade war. Die Getränkepreise sind sehr hoch, deshalb ist All Inclusive empfehlenswert.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Die Anfahrt vom Flughafen Heraklion zum Hotel dauerte ca. 2 1/2 Std.

Die Poolanlage und der Strand waren sehr gut. Das Abendentertainment war zu sehr Akrobatik lastig. Ich hätte mir mehr musikalische Unterhaltung gewünscht.
