Baustelle statt Urlaubslust. Das Hotel ist leider überhaupt noch nicht fertig, überall im Hotel wird noch gearbeitet. Der Charme vom alten Alfa Beach Hotel ist leider komplett verflogen. Stattdessen wurde an jede Ecke wo noch Platz für neue Zimmer ist, neue Zimmer hingebaut. Sanitäre Anlagen außerhalb des Zimmers sind Mangelware und wenn vorhanden total verdreckt & veraltet.
Das Zimmer war komplett ungestrichen, eine Badezimmertür, sowie eine Duschkabine fehlten völlig. Ein Feuermelder wurde erst während unseres Aufenthaltes im Zimmer angebracht. Vor. und hinter unserem Zimmer wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes noch gebaut. Dazu war die Ausstattung des Zimmer mehr provisorisch als alles andere. Statt Nachtische gab es Hocker im Zimmer. Die ersten 3 Tage hatten wir überhaupt keinen Zimmerservice bis wir das Thema mal an der Rezeption angesprochen haben.
Das Essen war leider überhaupt nicht abwechselungsreich, weshalb wir oft auf die tollen Tavernen in Kolymbia ausgewichen sind.
Das Personal war zwar sehr nett, aber hat die Gäste mehr vertröstet als wirklich weitergeholfen. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption können einen nur leid tun.
Kolymbia ist ein netter, kleiner Ort mit einer wunderbaren Bucht und genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Your comment about our food surprises us, since the majority of the feedback we get is positive. We offer a wide range of food options to our guests. Our clients can visit the main restaurant for international and local food and the "food court" at the beach area for greek & italian delicacies or salad, fruits and ice cream. We are sorry the food was not up to yours flavor preference. Last but not least, we would like to point out that the Blue Sea Island is a newly renovated hotel, so there were some finishing touches from the technicians. We assure you that right now no construction is taking place at the property. We will keep working hard to develop and improve our services providing our guests with the best holiday experience.
