Aus DeutschlandDie Anlagen sind sehr weitläufig und schön angelegt. Mit Kinderwagen steht man jedoch manchmal vor vielen Treppen. Zimmer sind einigermaßen sauber die Einrichtung doch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Liegen am Mainpool ohne um 5 Uhr dort zu sein nicht denkbar.
Essen entspricht in keinem der Restaurants den 4 Sternen. Fisch und Fleisch ist zweimal gestorben. Früchte überreif und Aussortierungs bedürftig. Viele Macken und braune Flecken. Getränke aus der Zapfsäule sind nicht genießbar. Schmeckt alles nach Chlor. Wasser in Flaschen müsste man teuer bezahlen. Trotz all inclusive.

We are sorry that we have not met your expectations during your stay with us, as we always do our best in order to offer excellent stay to all our guests. We would also like to thank you for your comments, as we consider them an important part of our constructive communication, and will take them into our consideration. However, please allow us to offer you some explanation on the above-mentioned points. We would like to clarify that all the corridors and paths in our resort are adjusted for people with mobility problems, which means that for every path with steps there is also available an alternative path with ramps. Please allow us to point out that as we are going through the high season, it is inevitable that some areas of our resort, like our main swimming pool, will accommodate the majority of our guests. However, as Creta Maris Beach Resort is located in an area of 150,000 sq.m., and offers 6 different swimming pools with sunbeds and umbrellas, our guests can easily find a place to be accommodated in one more quiet area. In addition, our pool attendants will be more than happy to assist you finding an available sunbed. Regarding the food offered in our restaurants, we would like to clarify that we offer a wide variety of dishes, which are prepared with fresh, high quality local ingredients following local and Mediterranean recipes. We hope you have mentioned something to our staff in order to try satisfying any particular culinary need of yours. As it concerns the water, Creta Maris has established its own water production system within the hotel facilities, which means we offer high quality filtered water and all guests can refill their bottles or drink directly from the tub of their room. With this action our resort aims to provide the best water quality to its guest and contributes to environmental protection. We would also like to assure you that the offered water has been tested by the respective responsible bodies and have been approved for consumption. Of course, in case a guest prefers to consume only bottled water we are more than welcome to offer it with an extra charge.
