Es handelt sich um eine schöne, sehr gepflegte Hotelanlage, direkt am Meer. Der Transfer Flughafen/Hotel dauerte 20 Minuten. Etwas störend fand ich den Fluglärm, da die Flugzeuge direkt über das Hotel flogen. Der Strand ist an vielen Stellen sehr felsig. Am vorderen Bereich hat man jedoch einen guten Zugang zum Meer.
Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und sauber.
Das Essen war insgesamt sehr gut. Immer frisch und geschmacklich wirklich gut. Es hätte aber mehr Abwechslung sein dürfen.
Das Personal war ingesamt sehr freundlich. Besonders die Herrschaften an der Rezeption waren sehr hilfsbereit. Im Restaurant hingegen war das Personal sehr unaufmerksam. Die Teller stapelten sich am Tisch, ohne dass zwischen Vorspeise und Hauptspeise abgeräumt wurde. Auch musste man lange warten bis man bedient wurde. Es standen drei Bedienungen neben meinem Tisch und keiner kam auf die Idee meine Bestellung aufzunehmen. Das fand ich für ein 5-Sternehaus sehr enttäuschend.

Concerning the aircraft sound please let us inform you that the resort is located 24km away from the airport. Since the airway pass by Hersonissos seaside, the aircrafts can be visible but still very high since the airport is 24km away. Furthermore, allow us to mention that the beach in front of Creta Maris is 350m long and is awarded with the voluntary eco-label Blue Flag and is also certified as a Sustainable Beach of the Mediterranean by Costa Nostrum - Sustainable Beaches program. Moreover, it consists mainly of sand (250m. sandy and 100m. pebbles), while there is a smooth entrance to the water mainly on the left side of the beach, near Almyra restaurant.
