Kein 5 Sterne Hotel. Für so viel Geld deutlich mehr erwartet. Zimmer müssten mal renoviert werden. Im ganzen Hotel musste man keine Maske tragen auch nicht bei Essen.. Liegen am Strand schon vor 9 Uhr alle reserviert. Und dann kommt stundenlang keine. Tische am Strand sehr schmutzig wurden nicht gereinigt.

  • Zimmer müssten mal renoviert werden. Toilette wurde nie gereinigt . Sehr unangenehmer Geruch von Anfang an. Alle 3 Tage nur Reinigung. Auf der Terrasse 2 Klimaanlagen dadurch konnt man es garnicht nutzen. Für 5 Sterne geht das nicht

    Dear Betti, Thank you for the time you dedicated to write a review regarding Creta Maris Beach Resort and your recent holidays’ experience. We would like to mention that we will take your comments into our consideration and will do our best to evolve our services even more in the future. However, please allow us to offer you some explanations. As concerns your dissatisfaction with the room offered, we would like to note that we would have tried to offer you another one that would have met your expectations, if you had informed us respectively. Also, please let us point out that almost each winter, we perform partial renovations and refurbishments of our resort, in order to offer year after year even better holidays’ experience, thus all our rooms are renovated and have a contemporary style. Regarding your feedback about the room’s cleaning, please let us point out that we consider cleanliness one of the most important sectors of the stay and we always do our best to ensure that every room and area of the resort is perfectly clean. New hygiene & safety protocols have been applied during this season, according to which the cleaning procedure of the room has been adjusted to cleaning every three days (except further guests’ request) with the aim to prevent the spread of the covid-19. In addition, we would like to mention that we offer a wide variety of dishes, which are prepared with fresh, high quality local ingredients following Cretan, Greek, Mediterranean and International cuisines in our restaurants. Moreover, we would like to point out that the menu in our main restaurant gets repetitive only after two weeks. We hope you had shared your dissatisfaction with our staff so we could have tried satisfying any particular culinary need of yours. Concerning the sunbeds’ reservation, please allow us to explain that we urge our guests not to reserve sunbeds and we do our best so to impose this rule. Moreover, our pool attendants, are always happy to assist our guests finding an available sunbed in one of the pools or on the beach. Furthermore, please allow us to point out that our guests are at the center of our operation, and our primary goal is to care about them and to provide personalized - high standards holiday experience, especially during this challenging year. Due to spread of Covid-19 and with the aim to secure a safe environment for our guests and people, manage suspected Covid-19 cases and prevent the spread of the virus, we have created an operational plan and established new health and safety protocols. Therefore, we can assure you that we take all the appropriate measures in our premises, as well as encouraging guests to wear a mask.
