Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback and the comments written! We are glad to read that you overall enjoyed your stay at Creta Maris Beach Resort. Please allow us to clarify that as we are going through the high season, it is inevitable that some areas of our resort, like our main swimming pool or the beach, will accommodate the majority of our guests. However, as Creta Maris Beach Resort is located in an area of 150,000 sq.m., and offers 6 different swimming pools with sunbeds and umbrellas, our guests can easily find a place to be accommodated in one more quiet area. In addition, our pool attendants will be more than happy to assist you finding an available sunbed. Furthermore, please be kindly informed that apart our Fitness Center which is fully equipped and specialized (this is the reason it is offered with an extra charge), there is also a standard equipment gym offered to all guests free of charge, located in Terra building next to the fitness center. As concerns your comment about the offered entertainment, we would like to mention that our animation program is designed to meet the majority of our guests needs, with every day of the week having another theme (Greek Day, Creta Maris Uncovered, Sports Day, Eco – Day & Sea Day). However, we will consider your dissatisfaction and do our best in order to ameliorate the animation program in the future. Thank you once again for your comments and feedback!
