Nette Hotelanlage, aber kein 5-Sterne Niveau!

Nette Hotelanlage, die den fünften Stern allerdings nicht verdient hat. Wer normalerweise Urlaub in 5-Sterne Hotels macht, ist hier nicht richtig aufgehoben. Eine ABSOLUTE Katastrophe ist die Situation mit den Liegen... selbst um 9:30 Uhr am Morgen sind schon alle Liegen reserviert, mit Glück bekommt man vereinzelt noch eine Liege ohne Sonnenschirm. Hier besteht dringender Handlungsbedarf!!!

  • Das Zimmer an sich ist sehr geräumig, leider unheimlich dunkel und bei unserer Ankunft sehr staubig und dreckig.

  • Auch hier leider absolut kein 5-Sterne Niveau. Das Hauptrestaurant ist eine absolute Katastrophe, unheimlich laut und wuselig, null Ambiente und auf Abstände wegen Corona wird überhaupt nicht geachtet. Generell darf sich wegen Corona am Buffet nicht selbstbedient werden. Zum Frühstück gibt es jeden Tag das gleiche. Man kann zudem in vier verschiedenen Restaurants Essen, hierzu ist allerdings eine Reservierung am Vortag nötig. Einzig das A-la-carte Restaurant „Pithos“ überzeugt qualitativ und geschmacklich- Top!

    Dear Guest, We appreciate your review about Creta Maris. However, please allow us to offer you some explanations to the aforementioned points of your review. Please let us mention that Creta Maris is certified as a five stars resort by the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels. In this way, our hotel meets all the necessary criteria so as to be considered as a five stars resort on a European scale. Concerning the sunbeds’ reservation, please allow us to explain that we urge our guests not to reserve sunbeds and we do our best so to impose this rule. In case you cannot find a free sunbed, please contact our pool attendants, who are always happy to assist our guests finding an available sunbed in one of the pools or on the beach. As regards your feedback about the room, we would like to point out that we always welcome our guests’ feedback during their stay, with the sole aim to make their vacation a relaxing and memorable one. Our front office team would be happy to offer you alternative room if you would have informed it regarding your dissatisfaction. Moreover, let us point out that we consider cleanliness one of the most important sectors of the stay and we always do our best to ensure that every room and area of the resort is perfectly clean. New hygiene & safety protocols have been applied during this season, according to which the cleaning procedure of the room has been adjusted to cleaning every three days (except further guests’ request) with the aim to prevent the spread of the covid-19. Our Guest Service team has been already informed about your dissatisfaction and will contact you about this matter. Furthermore, our main restaurant “Cosmos”, is the biggest restaurant of the resort and it is true that it is preferred by the majority of our guests. In case you are looking for a smaller and quieter restaurant, our restaurant Almyra, offering Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (upon reservation) and Late Dinner, will meet your expectations. As concerns the thematic restaurants’ reservation, please let us explain that the reservation system is considered an easy one (reservations are made through our user friendly “Creta Maris” application), while our hostesses and Guest Service are also at our guests; disposal in order to offer further assistance with restaurants’ reservations. In addition, please allow us to point out that our guests are at the center of our operation, and our primary goal is to care about them and to provide personalized - high standards holiday experience, especially during this challenging year. Due to spread of Covid-19 and with the aim to secure a safe environment for our guests and people, manage suspected Covid-19 cases and prevent the spread of the virus, we have created an operational plan and established new health and safety protocols. Therefore, we can assure you that all the appropriate measures are being taken in our premises, including of course the dining facilities.
