Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share the holidays’ experience you had at Creta Maris Beach Resort with us and the HolidayCheck’s travelers. However, please allow us to offer you some explanation on the aforementioned points of your review. Regarding the food temperature please be kindly informed that all our restaurants follow a standard procedure with the temperature of all dishes. Nevertheless, in case a guest prefers a different temperature on his dish he may contact the restaurant staff and they will be happy to assist. Moreover, we would like to kindly inform you that Creta Maris Beach Resort offers all the necessary facilities and amenities for people with mobility problems and for families with children (stroller). Thus, we offer 19 more spacious rooms with fully adapted bathroom with wheel-in shower for physically challenged guests, while also all the corridors and paths in our resort are adjusted for people with mobility problems, which means that for every path with steps there is also available an alternative path with ramps.
