Aus DeutschlandEs ist ein schönes Hotel. Allerdings als deutschsprachiges Hotel nicht zu bezeichnen. An der Rezeption sprechen die Angestellten deutsch. Im Restaurant vereinzelnd auch, aber sehr schlecht. Ansonsten wird überall nur Englisch gesprochen. Außerdem werden die Liegen bereits morgens in aller Frühe durch Handtücher reserviert und teilweise erst mittags genutzt. Das Hotel gibt an, dass das nicht gestattet ist und die Mitarbeiter die Handtücher entfernen würde. Das passiert aber nicht. Man hatte keine Chance um 07:30 Uhr eine Liege am Hauptpool zu bekommen. Ähnlich war es auch am Strand. Des Weiteren war der Service in der Bar sehr schlecht. Man hat teilweise 20 Minuten gewartet bis jemand kam und dann oft nur wenn man gewunken hat oder aufgestanden ist.

Regarding the sunbeds, in order to achieve a carefree and relaxed experience to all our guests, we follow specific regulations. One of these is the reservation of the sunbeds which is not allowed. Indeed, we ask our guests not to reserve them, while doing our best to remove towels and personal items that are left on the sunbeds as a reservation method, so to offer to all our guests equal opportunity to enjoy our swimming pools and beach. What is more, members of our staff are always available to help out with any issues that may arise, and they should be called in order to deal with any problem immediately.
