ACHTUNG - Weniger Familienfreundlich weil neue Adults-Only-Bereiche ab 03/2025 Still und heimlich hat das Hotel neue Adults-only-Bereiche geschaffen
Die Zimmer im zweiten und dritten Maris-Gebäude (mit direkter Meer-Lage/sea front) sind ab 03/2025 nur noch für Personen ab 16 Jahren buchbar. Für Familien mit Kindern unter 16 Jahren bleiben nur Sea front-Zimmer in Nähe der Bungalows bzw. der Restaurants Mademi und Alatsi (wo übrigens nur Felsstrand ist, kein Sandstrand).
Auch im Hauptrestaurant Enomy gibt es Änderungen bezüglich abgegrenzter Adults-only-Bereiche. Welche das genau sind, konnte uns auf Anfrage nicht mitgeteilt werden.
Der Service war super! Die jetzige Kommunikation des Hotels allerdings eine Katastrophe. Die Änderung an unserer bestehenden Buchung haben wir selbst per Zufall entdeckt, die Änderung der Adults-Only-Bereiche wurde uns erst nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage nach Drohung von Storno bestätigt. Dass uns eine solch wichtige Änderung der Begebenheiten vor Ort nicht mitgeteilt wird, ist eine Unverschämtheit - schließlich bleiben uns Teile des Hotels verschlossen, die uns bei unserem letzten Aufenthalt und während unserer jetzigen Buchung noch zugänglich waren. Letztendlich haben wir aufgrund der Neuerungen dann auch tatsächlich ein anderes Hotel für unseren kommenden Urlaub gebucht.

Die bisherigen geheizten East-Pools, die wir und viele andere Familien mit kleinen Kinder besucht haben, sind ab 03/25 nur noch für Erwachsene zugänglich. Andere beheizte Außen-Pools wurden uns auf unsere Anfrage nicht genannt. Außerdem sind der Spira Pool und die Sima Beach Bar, die wir am meisten genutzt haben, ab 03/2025 Adults-only Bereiche.

The main pool of Terra will be heated, Estia Restaurant will be renovated and transformed into a family-firendly restaurant with many surprises for kids and families while the operation of our Baby Room and Teenagers Club will be expanded. These enhancements are inspired by valuable guest feedback and recommendations, which we greatly appreciate and carefully consider.
