  • Man hat uns in ein anderes Hotel geschickt ?????? Und konnten unseres gebuchten Zimmer nur nach 3 Tage bekommen. Die Zimmer sind klein und ohne Aussicht

    Wir haben ein 4-Sterne-Hotel mit SPA gebucht, damit wir bei schlechtem Wetter Wellness machen können. In Wirklichkeit hat dieses Hotel kein Spa, das den Namen "SPA" verdient. (selbst mit dem zweiten Hôtel)

    Dear Guests Lau & Thar, Thank you for choosing Odyssia Beach Hotel for your holidays. We regret reading that you did not enjoy your holidays during your stay with us and we are very surprised about that, as you never complained for the most of the issues to any member of our Management Team or our Staff. The first day of your arrival you received a free Room Upgrade to one of our biggest Suites with Private Jacuzzi, as also a free Upgrade to Seaside Restaurant without paying any extra supplement, in our sister Hotel, next to us and which belongs to the same Owners. Nevertheless, you were not satisfied with that, and you asked to change room, in a very impolite manner, by threatening our Reception Staff, which we find unacceptable and childish. Your originally booked room was our cheapest category and corresponds on a Standard Double Room on the ground floor. As your stay was for a long time, and such a room would be very small for you, for one more time, we tried to please you and told you that, it would be better for you to wait for two days, in order to give you, for one more time, a free Upgrade to a Superior room, which is a bigger and on a higher floor room, otherwise, we had earlier a room in the originally booked category. You chose the biggest one and you preferred to wait. Regarding the SPA Center, we are not advertised as a SPA Hotel. The facility of SPA is something extra in our Hotel, in order to give more alternatives to our guests for their relaxation. According to the records of our SPA Manager, you have never used the SPA area, not even to enjoy the free Massage Voucher, which is offered to you upon your arrival. Our Partners in the SPA offer the best possible service and we continuously receive excellent comments from our guests, regarding the calmness and the relaxation offered. Concerning the food, you should understand, that in a Hotel with so many guests, unfortunately, it is not possible to achieve the 100% of each person’s taste. There is different Menu every day, which is repeated again after 14 days. In addition, our Team of Chefs are trying daily to add extra delicacies in the buffet. So, in our Buffet there are so many choices which correspond in every taste. In case that this is not enough for someone either, our Team of Chefs is always willing to make anything extra, in order to satisfy every demanding palate. If you were not satisfied with so many choices, you could just discuss with our Colleagues, and, we assure you, that they would do their best to give you more alternatives. The category that a Hotel is ranked is not according to the opinion of a person, but according to authorized organization, which controls and valuates all the necessary details and preconditions needed. Our Hotel has successfully passed this evaluation. To conclude with, we cannot accept your review, as long as, we did our best to satisfy you and you did not complaint for any of the issues that you describe during your stay here, but you only asked to change room. We consider your review a product of slam defamation with sole purpose is to harm our reputation and we truly regret that you have been so ungrateful and you did not recognize our efforts.
