Our resort is located in an open and unspoiled natural area and for this reason sometimes the appearance of insects can occur. Of course, we appologize for any inconcenience caused. If you had contacted our Front Office team, we would have been happy to resolve any issue. Furthermore, all the facilities of our resort are described in detail and come with visual materian on our official web site and on other sources. This helps our guests to have a look on our property. Regarding our food, taste is always a matter of personal preferences and the majority of the feedbacks we get for our food menus are very positive. Although we do not necessarily agree with all points raised, we would like to offer our apology for any inconvenience caused.
