Für Paare die es ein bisschen ruhig und gesittet mögen, absolut null zu empfehlen. Sehr laut zu jeder Tageszeit, keine Angebote für Erwachsene. Für Familien mit Kindern bestimmt schön, für Paare der Horror.
Zimmer sehr klein und extrem hellhörig. Türen knallen ist an der Tagesordnung. Reinigung auch eher schlecht als recht.
Essen war in Summe in Ordnung. Häufig fehlte das Salz oder es war nur lauwarm. Der Speiseraum ist voll mit Familien, welche leider kaum Tischmanieren beherrschen, wodurch es leider oft aussieht und sich anhört wie auf einem Schlachtfeld. Kein ruhiges entspanntes Essen möglich.
Wenig aufmerksames Personal. Kaum ein Lächeln übrig. Zimmer muss man selber suchen und die Koffer alleine dorthin bringen, habe ich so noch nirgendwo erlebt. Zimmerreinigung ist auch nicht wirklich sauber. Mein Partner hatte während unseres Urlaubes Geburtstag und ich hatte nach ein bisschen Deko gefragt, leider ist dies nur gegen Aufpreis möglich. (Ein Kuchen 18€, Blumen 30€) kenne ich so auch aus keinem anderen Hotel und war wirklich enttäuscht. Hervorzuheben sind jedoch sowohl Paris aus der Piano Bar, als auch Konstantina von der Pool Bar, die beiden sind wirklich toll, freundlich und immer aufmerksam gewesen.
Schneller Transport vom Flughafen, leider nichts drumherum viele Ruinen von leerstehenden Häusern. Generell sehr dreckige Umgebung. Strand ist wirklich schlecht, dreckig und extrem viele Steine im Wasser.

Abendunterhaltung für Erwachsene gab es nur an 2 von 12 Abenden. Die Animation ist nur auf Kinder ausgelegt. Die Bars schließen bereits um 0 Uhr.

Furthermore, the beach is cleaned everyday from our staff (beach boys) and every 3 days from a specific cleaning machine which sifts the sand. The room was exactly the type you booked and for all the guests there is the opportunity to upgrade their rooms with an extra cost to a bigger or to a room with a pool etc. Unfortunately you did n t contact us during your stay. Concerning your notes for the animation program, the bars and the dinning room kindly let you know that in our web site and in all the tour operators there is a full description with the opening hours of the hotel facilities and program.
