Sehr schöne Poollandschaft. Die Liegen werden leider schon am frühen Morgen reserviert(Pools und Strand). Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich. Das Mittag- und Abfndessen lässt zu Wünschen übrig.
Dir Zimmer sind sauber, ordentlich und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Haupthaus ist sehr hellhörig.
Beim Abendessen gibt es sehr lange Warteschlangen am Buffet. Das Essen könnte abwechslungsreicher sein. Aber ausreichend frisches Obst und Gemüse.
Minibar wird jeden 2.Tag aufgefüllt, auch mit Wasser. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. An der Rezeption wird deutsch gut verstanden und gesprochen.
Leider sind keine langen Strandspaziergänge möglich. Sehr gute Busverbindungen nach Kardamena.

Animationsprogramm wurde von uns nicht wahr genommen. Es wurde aber immer etwas angeboten. Leider war die Lärmbelästigung am Strand durch die Animateure sehr stark und lästig.

We are very pleased that the service provided by our team has exceeded your expectations, but at the same time, we were disheartened to learn that you were not entirely satisfied with your stay. Concerning our main restaurant, indeed, it can be a bit busy and hectic in the peak times, but those who are looking for quietness and doesn’t want to wait can visit main restaurant a bit earlier or later, to avoid the rush of the majority of our guests, we are sorry that you didn’t use the opportunity to visit our a-la-carte restaurants, where one can certainly enjoy the tranquillity. Regarding the sunbeds reservation, indeed our renovated pool area is very popular and guests tend to reserve the sunbeds around it, but we would like to inform you that we already started to take some actions and take away the towels from the sunbeds which are not used for more than one and a half hour, at the same time one can always find free sunbeds on the beach at any time of the day. Having said that, we are very sad to read that you felt disturbed by noise and loud music of the resort. Though our aim is for all of our guests to enjoy a wonderful and relaxing holiday at Norida, it appears that we failed to offer it to you. Please accept our apologies and rest assured that all of your comments are highly considered and looked into by all of us and any possible actions to improve the issues raised will be taken.
