Aufgrund der hohen Bewertungen gebucht. Renovierungsbedürftig, 2 Salzwasserpools eiskalt, nicht beheizbar, Zugang zum Pool rutschig, Leiter zu kurz oder nicht vorhanden. Wir waren 2 Tage am „Relaxpool“ : Party von 11 bis Ende (ca 17 Uhr). Zufälliger Besuch des Managers am Pool änderte daran nichts und ließ den Poolboy im Stich. Barkeeper unmöglich. Sind daraufhin an den anderen, nicht Animationspool gewechselt. Die Animation vom oberen Pool war über gesamte Anlage zu störend hörbar.Zugang zum Meer: Verrostete Treppe, Verletzungsgefahr, viel Betrieb. Gartenanlage sehr gepflegt und sauber. Personal freundlich, zuvorkommend . Essen nicht abwechslungsreich. WLAN mangelhaft.

Dear Mrs. Brigit, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience on Holidaycheck. I am disappointed to read that you had no found the hotel to your level of expectations and accept our apology that these feelings were not collected from you throughout your stay. Although I understand you had multiple contacts with our German guest relation team Mrs. Angelina, and with myself (Aladin the General Manager) 2 times at the relaxing pool and at the beach, had we have known you felt this way we could have ensured extra efforts were made with your good self. Regarding the 2 relaxing Salty pools be informed that every pool has 2 ladders and 2 railings, also we never had any parties at all or even music around both pools. Accept my apology on behalf of your travel agency if they didn't inform you that water of both pools are direct from the sea that is why it is not heated, to add on we do have Heated Pool starting with the winter time on 1st of November of each year. Regarding the access to the sea be informed that we do currently have a renovation/maintenance project in progress to refresh the 'dated' areas throughout the hotel - we make it throughout the day and at times when the guests are not around which is why it may go unnoticed - until it is complete. Meanwhile we can currently only hope that the positive memories of your holiday will dominate. We would be delighted to welcome you again in order to meet all your expectations.
